The LRS service fee covers reasonable local shopping, purchasing, transporting, unpacking and setting up the essentials you choose. Particularly large shopping lists, furniture purchases or assembly, and more complex requests can be quoted separately.
Pet Arrival & CareFrom $650+ daily care, quoted per petFor pets travelling ahead of their family. Instead of extra kennel time once quarantine ends, your dog or cat continues to Perth, is collected at the airport by us and settled into the rental home we secured for you — with a trusted, vetted sitter staying with them until you land.

- Care normally takes place in your own new home. If you'd prefer, your pet can instead stay in the sitter's home — your choice, agreed before your pet flies.
- Sitters are vetted local carers we partner with, and every arrangement is confirmed in writing before your pet travels.
- LRS does not transport pets internationally. Flights, quarantine and paperwork stay with your pet transport company — in the UK we work alongside Ladyhaye.
- Every quote is bespoke: it depends on your pet, the number of nights and your arrival date.
All prices in Australian dollars. No commission is ever taken from agents or landlords — you're the only person we work for.
Local Viewing Service
For people already living in Perth or WA who know their way around the rental market but can't get to home opens. We attend on your behalf and send you a full video walkthrough and honest notes the same day.
