LRS Down Under didn't start in a boardroom. It started in a small house in Liverpool, surrounded by half-packed boxes, immigration paperwork and a very confused English Bulldog.

My husband and I made the decision to move to Australia while our daughter was still a baby. Like a lot of families, we didn't have the luxury of arriving together. He flew out first — alone — to find work, secure housing and set up the fundamentals of a life we hadn't seen yet.
I stayed behind in the UK with our daughter, spending months navigating visas, medicals, cargo shipping, pet transport for our English Bulldog, and endless emails to Perth letting agents at 3am because the time difference was brutal.
When we finally arrived in Perth as a family, I remember thinking two things at once: we did it, and nobody should have to do this alone.
My background is in Mental Health Nursing. That work taught me to slow down, listen carefully, hold space for people in stressful moments, and stay methodical when everything feels chaotic. Those are the same qualities I bring to every relocation.
LRS Down Under was created for the people I was, back in that Liverpool living room, wondering where to even begin.
