    I’m the founder of LRS and a qualified Mental Health Nurse with a professional background in supporting people through uncertainty, stress, and major life challenges.

    While this may seem like an unorthodox career pivot, so many of the skills I have developed are highly transferable — from empathising with others and easing anxiety, to identifying goals and putting realistic, strategic plans in place.

    My passion for relocation support comes from lived experience.

    I have experienced the practical and emotional reality of moving between the UK and Australia, navigating visas, work, housing, timelines, family life, and the mental load that comes with trying to hold it all together.

    As our family grew, and with a baby and dog in the mix, the process became even more layered.

    Most recently, my husband Tom relocated ahead of us to secure a home and begin the practical groundwork, while I remained in the UK managing the emotional and logistical side from afar.

    That experience reinforced just how overwhelming relocation can feel, even when it is something you deeply want.

    LRS was built to offer the kind of practical, grounded support that helps others pursue their Australian goals with less stress, less uncertainty, and far less heartache.

    Tassie is LRS’s unofficial Customer Satisfaction Officer, bringing morale, emotional support, and the occasional quality control check to the team.

    As our much-loved English Bulldog, she has been part of our own relocation journey and knows first-hand that big life changes can come with a lot of stress, disruption, and unpacking.

    Her specialties include supervising from the sofa, keeping standards high during home setup, and reminding us all of the importance of comfort, patience, and taking a breather when things feel overwhelming.

    While she may not answer emails or attend consultations, Tassie is very much part of the heart behind LRS — a reminder that home is not just about logistics, but about creating a life that feels settled, safe, and happy for the whole family.
